Looking for homes to rent? There are a few different ways to rent with us, including private rent, Intermediate Rent and Rent to Buy. Looking for more information on these options? Head to our ‘Looking for a home to rent’ page.
You may also see us call this Market Rent. This simply means you're renting a home from us in the same way you would with a private landlord or estate agent.
We offer some homes at a discounted monthly rent. These are usually re-let homes with monthly rent costs about 20% lower than if you rented privately.
By choosing an Intermediate Rent home, you're able to save towards buying a home in the future.
Similar to intermediate rent, our Rent to Buy homes cost about 20% less a month than private renting. This means you can rent while saving towards your deposit.
You may even be able to buy the home you're renting in the future.
