Get up to speed on staircasing
You don't have to staircase, it's entirely up to you. You can usually buy as many shares as you like, and in many cases, can even step to own 100% of your home (but get in touch with us to work out an amount that's affordable for you).
If you staircase out (buy 100% of your home), your rent payments to us will stop. And you'll become the outright owner of your home. The more shares you own, the less rent you pay - we call that a win-win!
