New commercial spaces coming to Bristol

Date Posted

Secure your commercial space at The Old Brewery, Bristol. Coming in 2023.

The Old Brewery is as Bristolian as it gets. Built upon the original site of both the Ashton Gate Brewery and Thomas Baynton’s Brewery, we can date it all the way back to 1829.

Starting as part of Thomas Baynton’s breweries in 1829, Ashton Gate Brewery Co. Ltd, was started after his death in 1865. The brewery finally closed its doors in 1933, after being bought by Bristol Brewery Georges Co.

Since, the site has seen many businesses come and go, and is now brewing again as part of the nearby Bristol Beer Factory, in the original fermentation building.

With seven units up for grabs, they won't be around for long! Get in touch with our partners for more information.
